Cookie Policy for AttendiBot, operated by SartoLabs LLC.
Effective date: July 2, 2026. This Cookie Policy applies to AttendiBot when operated by SartoLabs LLC on our hosted infrastructure.
See also our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how SartoLabs LLC uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website and use the AttendiBot admin dashboard. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
When you first visit our website, we display a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used. Similar technologies include local storage, which we use to remember your cookie consent choice.
3. Cookies we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
authjs.* | Strictly necessary | Auth.js session cookies for dashboard authentication and CSRF protection | Session / configured TTL |
attendibot_guild_id | Functional | Remembers your selected Discord server in the admin dashboard | Session |
attendibot_cookie_consent | Strictly necessary | Stores your cookie consent preference | 12 months |
| Plausible Analytics | Analytics (consent required) | Anonymous pageview statistics and custom events (e.g., invite clicks, verifier usage). Plausible does not use cross-site tracking cookies. | Per Plausible policy |
4. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled through our cookie banner because the dashboard requires authentication cookies to operate. Without them, you cannot sign in or maintain a secure session.
The consent preference cookie is also strictly necessary to record and honor your cookie choices.
5. Functional cookies
Functional cookies enhance your experience by remembering preferences such as your selected Discord server in the dashboard. These cookies are set when you use dashboard features and are not used for advertising.
6. Analytics cookies
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics provider that does not use cookies for cross-site tracking. However, because analytics involves processing usage data, we only enable Plausible after you consent to analytics cookies through our banner.
If you reject non-essential cookies or disable analytics in your preferences, Plausible will not be loaded on your browser.

7. Third-party cookies
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Discord OAuth authentication redirects you to Discord's servers, which may set their own cookies under Discord's privacy policy. Google Fonts may be loaded when you visit our website; see our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Managing cookies
You can manage cookies in several ways:
- Use our cookie consent banner (shown on first visit) or click "Cookie settings" in the website footer to change your preferences
- Configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent dashboard sign-in
- Use browser private/incognito mode for a session without persistent cookies (you will need to sign in each time)
Browser-specific instructions are available from your browser provider (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
9. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time by updating your preferences through the cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies or change how we use them. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
