Status page

How to check AttendiBot platform health, incidents, and maintenance windows.

Status page

AttendiBot publishes live platform status at attendibot.com/status.

The status page shows:

  • Component health — Discord Bot, Dashboard, Verification API, Database, and Receipt Signing
  • Active incidents — timeline updates while we investigate and resolve issues
  • Scheduled maintenance — advance notice and active maintenance windows
  • 90-day uptime — historical availability per component

During an incident

We aim to:

  1. Acknowledge within 5 minutes of detection
  2. Post updates every 15–30 minutes until resolved
  3. Use plain language focused on your impact, not internal technical detail

When service is restored, we post a clear resolution message on the status page.

Subscribe to updates

On the status page, enter your email to subscribe to incident and maintenance notifications. You must confirm your subscription from the verification email.

Maintenance windows

Scheduled maintenance appears on the status page and as a site-wide banner on attendibot.com before the window starts. Bot commands may be limited during active maintenance when noted on the status page.

Troubleshooting

If the status page itself shows "Status data may be delayed," our status API may be temporarily unreachable. Check troubleshooting or contact support — the independent mirror at status.attendibot.com may still have recent data.
